Park in disrepair. Everything is crap and broken, and I understand perfectly well that people are to blame. Yes, the park is not funded, it is not properly cleaned and is not refined, but if visitors piled piles of garbage and did not walk the dogs, it would be much cleaner. In general, with normal subsidies, you can make a great place to relax and stroll. All my childhood passed in this park, and I really want the park to be ennobled.
