I tried to get to the clinic on Friday (with pain), they offered to write on the waiting list on Saturday and call back on Saturday at 10 am. I agreed, maybe I didn’t find other options. I’m calling back at 10.20, they tell me that, allegedly, they didn’t call me on Friday night and recorded another person! There were no missed ones, SMS about what they called me, too. I was insolently lied to already at the recording stage, I don’t know how the rest of the staff is.
