A very long time to this day, the post office of Russia has been working at this place. The main post office is the main one. The central door paperwork on the issuance of pensions, transfers and so on. There are many people only in the days of receiving a pension, the rest is empty. Everyone is doing everything electronically now. The building, like almost everything in this city, is in poor condition. The staff is strict and not kind. Slowly, everything comes at a loss.

The staff is competent, attentive, responsive. I give 5 stars.

In my understanding, the phone has always been a means of communication, but not with Mail - the service is disgusting and useless

In the department of parcels, I encountered a negligent attitude to work, namely: the late delivery of notices to the parcel, the parcel was in the mail from November 29 and only on December 5 they delivered a notice after my many calls. I will no longer use the services of this department.

The staff is not attentive at all, I go for half a year every month, I’m constantly having some problems, I can’t find any receipts, then they have different lunch from 12 or 13.
