I ordered a bouquet for my mother on November 29 the day before, chose the delivery time (from 14-18), paid for the order in full. On the day of delivery, no bouquet, no answer to calls, nothing. On Instagram opt03, angry comments from the same clients who ordered flowers for their mother much in advance and received nothing - no explanation, no apology, no money. The comments were cleaned up in the evening. In the morning the operator finally answered something from the series "we did not calculate", and we were counting on you. Is it convenient for Maxim Vasilyevich Berkov that his flower delivery let so many people down? Apparently not, the promotional code sorry for the next order seems especially mocking. So if you want to order a bouquet for Mother's Day, March 8, February 14, etc., then there is a high probability that Maxim Berkov will not be counted.

Today I ordered a bouquet to a colleague. Delivery time was about 7 hours, but with the initial order they were warned that delivery was within 4 hours, with subsequent calls they explained that the site had flown and could not track orders. Each conversation was very polite. Upon delivery, it turned out that the bouquet was not in full that was announced on the site, when I informed about this, I received a refund within 10 minutes. The price of superr, prosperity and good luck of the company. Even with such an incident, no unpleasant precipitate remained.
