A terrible department, always huge queues, there is only one operator on the spot most often, even notices for parcels have to be searched for in the file cabinets on their own - they themselves do not want it. Constantly there are no bar codes for sending parcels. Previously, an elderly woman worked there, she coped quickly. And now for two hours you have to stand in several lines on the same issue.
