Disgrace ... It's impossible to get through, because they do not pick up the phone. In the queue to stand an hour and a half have. Many people turn around and go.

Awful atmosphere, workers are rude, they serve slowly, without rushing, the queue is going to the whole department ... although 2 windows work. 12/12/17 at about 12.30 there were about 20 people ...
