Differentiate windows: some give out, others accept, someone just buy an envelope or postcard, etc. No staff. Give people a salary so that it works, so there are no such queues. Make an electronic queue. One stands, tired, spat, left, the line was lost, who is behind whom, cursing, arguing, nervous ... In short, how to order a parcel? Apparently, via couriers or delivery at an additional cost ... 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
