Why this mail is needed, many times already let me down, I’m writing not about this department, but about mail in general. Again I had to visit this “mail”, sent the documents by 1st class air way, I thought at least they won’t lose now, but I was mistaken, they again lost my letter with the documents. In the department I ask what to do, and as always they have one answer, we are not responsible for anything. I say the same class 1 as it could get lost, the answer shocked me: if you sent as usual you can immediately forget about it! This is how I threw the letter! And the first class may come someday!
