The mode of work, due to the shortage of personnel, was reduced. Nevertheless, people try and work. The postman calls in person and informs about the parcel. Small parcels are carried directly to the mailbox. Nothing is lost and not broken. Slowly enter the electronic queue. I regularly visit this institution. No claims.

The post office works as workers want, and not as indicated in the postal notices and on the Russian Post website! To receive a parcel for wait an hour in the cold!
