We went to this burger place several times. The kids love it. Always promptly and clearly served. 10/22/2020 hungry family arrived to eat. We ordered 4 burgers for ourselves and the children, 2 pepsi, fruit drink and tea. We were warned that the waiting time for the order is from 25 minutes. It was decided to wait. At the checkout, the cashier announced our order, struck the check, said the number in the queue. After 20 minutes they give us 2 burgers instead of 4. It turned out that the cashier FORGOT TO DRIVE IN THE CHECK, and, accordingly, transfer 2 burgers to the kitchen. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Well, at least the children were given burgers. The question of how long to wait for the second batch of burgers was answered from 25 minutes. Horror. I have not heard an apology for such a jamb. Okay, no burger, take the Pepsi, return the money. A 2-minute order cancellation procedure began, which turned into a 15-minute one, the cashier could not return the money, called another “cashier, manager, administrator”. And this second began to teach the first how to make a return. In response to my remark, DO NOT EXPERIMENT ON MY ORDER, BUT FIRST, RETURN, AND THEN LEARN, I was told not to shout. I'm hungry, angry from the fact that the cashier-dol ... would have pumped my order and instead of an apology they tell me to SHUT UP, I LEARN ON SUCH DEER LIKE YOU, WORK AT THE CASH OFFER 🤦🏼‍♀️ No more in this dining room. The evening is ruined.

I came with my wife to have a snack on September 4 at about 13.00, but the cashier was not there, I had to call him and wait until he waddled out of the back room. During the order, he constantly ran off somewhere, we had to repeat several times what exactly we want to order. I was also denied the action "3rd not superfluous" (when buying 2 shawarma and 2 fruit drinks, the third shawarma as a gift), the cashier said that the action seemed to work, but to my question why it was not issued, he just turned around and left the cashier corner, we did not see him again ... The desire to go here again disappeared.

Nice view. The food is so-so. But I still go to eat sometimes.

I didn't like the burger bun itself. Too loose. Took it to take away, reached the house in 10 minutes and the loaf turned into a wet mess. The price tag is too high. In the Meat Village Grill bar and beer on Vasyanina, burgers are the best in town. And the bun itself is made according to the franchise and the cutlet is juicy and tasty.
