My personal opinion, on personal experience. The school can adequately work only with adults and students. She went to Anastasia herself; she was a good fellow, always cheerful and competently giving the material. Administrator Anastasia is clearly out of place, speaks rudely, defiantly always on a call. The experience of my children. They went for a year, at first there was Julia, who did a great job watching the “homework” and even called her once if she didn’t do it. Next was Tatiana, for the very first month the group got loose before not being able to, it could not hold attention, and conflicts between the guys, too, could not be extinguished. It should be understood that children are angels at the age of 5 and children at the age of 10 is a completely different story. And in all the conflicts that arise in the classroom, the teacher is obliged to delve into their beginning, and not later when everyone has already fought. The situation with the "shift" is also outraged, they ask to bring children - in its absence they make people walk in their socks! What nonsense! No adult coming to school does not change shoes! If you strongly follow the shift, give boot covers to everyone! And then alone in street shoes and my child in socks, what a humiliation! As a result, my personal opinion is that the center should either teach its staff how to work with children or concentrate on working with adults. And also teach your staff how to get out of conflicts with dignity.

My daughter went to ABC for two years. Teachers every year are new, last year the teacher was a girl who is studying at the second year of the Institute of Foreign Languages. What can be the teaching experience of such a teacher? This year again, a new teacher. The daughter refused to walk, the teacher did not like it (this was the first time). They asked the administrator Anastasia to transfer us to another teacher for individual lessons. Waiting for the call for two weeks! Even no one asked why the child does not go to classes. Claims did not make anyone. We went to another school, where my daughter goes to school with pleasure. Today after almost three weeks we called ABC and reported that we did not pay for the month of October. Like this!

I am engaged in school for the 3rd year and I want to say about the high qualifications of the teaching staff! It is worth noting quite affordable prices for new knowledge! Great school for learning foreign languages! All teachers are competent in their field. They know how to find an approach to each child and not only to the child, because people of different ages are trained here. I’ve been studying here for almost a year now and I’m not at all sorry that I made just such a choice!
