On June 1, 2020, I placed an order. Delivery was supposed to be June 5, 2020. So far I can’t receive my order. Three times I made a call to the information and reference service of the Chitai-Gorod chain of stores. The answer is the same: "your order has been sent to the courier. You want to make an appeal. You will be contacted by email in 5 calendar days." However, no one contacts me in any way. No product, no refund. Absolute ignore !!! I understand that there is a delay, but you can at least answer the 3 created calls !!! Advertising, promotions are regularly sent by e-mail.
