I fell in love with this chain of stores for a wide range of products that you can’t buy everywhere else, for a convenient location near the house. I also want to note the beautiful shape of the sellers, causing the location. Now I’ll tell you two stories that happened to me in two different stores in the network, after which I was disappointed and not a single foot there. I live in the sun, so I used the store for Marshal Zhukov 5/5. One fine day I made a purchase worth more than 2,000 rubles, there was not enough cash and I decided to pay by card, contacted the seller first and asked me to connect to Wi-fi literally for two minutes to increase the available limit on the card to the required amount for payment. Even if they don’t tell me the Wi-fi password, they will enter it themselves (you never know so that I do not know the password and do not connect without their knowledge). The seller agreed to meet me and asked for the password from their store manager, explaining the situation. So this manager, not only that she screamed at the seller, but also to me! Apparently Internet traffic is more important to her than revenue to the store and customer loyalty ... so I left upset and with nothing. Since then I went to Baikal 202/6 for shopping, this is the second Home & Beauty closest to me. And there I was faced with a cheating consultant. When I asked them for the wax for depilation, which I always took from them, they told me that he wasn’t there right now, and they offered another manufacturer, a novelty that they themselves tried and supposedly delighted with it. The price was equal, so I decided to try it, since they so assure that I will really like it (quite persistently with that). Going to the checkout, I noticed the wax that I came for, but I did not begin to change the product, since the novelty was very well advertised. Having arrived home and having done the procedure, she regretted very much that she believed this dishonest, but apparently sweet girl. There were no instructions in Russian, I did as the seller advised. The dishes in which they were warmed up were spoiled and discarded, like the spatula with which they were applied. When cooling, this substance became plastic, it did not tear off not from the skin, not from the clothes that it was dripped on, not from the dishes. And it dripped everywhere while it was warmed up, because it was liquid, like water. Apparently, the sellers were just motivated to sell this particular brand, as I understand it. And since then I changed the store altogether, and I do not advise you if you do not want to be deceived or offended!
