Everything went fine. The cat underwent surgery. A couple of weeks have passed, he is already running, his appetite is good. We liked everything. The clinic is clean, work on Saturday and Sunday. Recommend.

We will NEVER turn to this clinic again. Our cat Semyon died on Saturday morning, due to an exacerbation of urolithiasis with ruptured bladder. It was necessary to leave the catheter for at least 3 days, so that the urine was empty for healing. What has not been done. When we came to them, the cat simply could not urinate. However, he ate, drank and was active. As a result of a week of “treatment”, the animal died in this clinic. Commentary on the owner’s response: Uremia is a state of poisoning caused most often by impaired renal function. This condition is characterized by certain conditions of the animal such as weakness, vomiting, refusal to eat, etc. When we addressed this symptom, the cat did not have it. This diagnosis could be made on the basis of a medical history, laboratory tests (blood and urine tests), and visual diagnostic methods (ultrasound of the excretory system, x-ray). A biochemical blood test is necessary to determine the indicators of creatinine, urea, ammonia, phosphorus, electrolytes. A general blood test shows the presence of anemia, inflammation, etc. The animal was not tested. If you were able to make a diagnosis only by looking at an apparently healthy cat, then you are geniuses. If uremia began, it began already under your supervision and as a result of your treatment. And we already underwent a three-day catheterization, a year ago, in a clinic on Puteyskaya (Basic). Together with drug treatment, the cat recovered in a week. ALL necessary analyzes were done there and QUALIFIED assistance was provided. There were no complications. I reproach myself for having listened to and read laudatory reviews about your clinic, I trusted you, and did not turn to a time-tested clinic.

Last year, they did surgery in the fall, sterilized the dog. Sewn badly - there was a gap between the seams. The seam was inflamed because the internal seam was sewn up with threads that did not absorb, the seam was rejected, everything was inflamed, and had to be cleaned. The dog goes crazy with pain, it is already sausage at the entrance to the clinic. As you understand, we still go to them. The animal suffers, they shrug their hands, they say that it can drag on for almost years. A good scheme for pulling money, however.

One gets the impression that people don’t care about their own work. They brought a dog with a neoplasm problem in the inguinal region. After the examination, the doctor and nurse injected an antibiotic about the names and dosage, which I was not informed about, told me to come another 3 days in a row, to give an injection. I was alerted by the fact that the doctor did not tell me about the drug that was injected (in other clinics at the end of the reception a checklist was written out) after which the dog began to limp. The next day I decided to find out about the name of the medicine, there was only a nurse in the clinic without doctors, and she DIDN'T know which drug was administered to the dog, as the doctor was driving him. As a result, she prescribed an incomprehensible ALREADY ANOTHER antibiotic that costs 2,500 rubles (the instructions for him included indications for infections of the RESPIRATORY tract). After that, we drove to another clinic, in which we were immediately assigned an ultrasound scan without any obscure injections. And in the Doctor Vet clinic, I paid 400 rubles for a worsened condition and a lame dog.
