As I understand it, then they simply forgot about us. At one time there was always hellishly salty food, it was impossible to eat: I returned food to the kitchen. They served soured salads. Today was just an epic. At first they didn’t bring what I ordered, but afterwards, when I was still informed about the order (chops with potatoes) in chops completely cold, when I tried, I felt the ice in the center. Regularly bring food that is not very fresh. For all the time while I go there there regularly someone swears at the service and asks to change the order. The attitude of the kitchen, staff - leaves much to be desired. Everyone absolutely does not care, because about these problems they were told repeatedly. Yes, and the staff does not hide their attitude and just behind the back "it clicks." I think the main thing for them is not to be touched. And do not even be surprised that now they think - well, that this girl is again outraged, well, she could eat. Still eat. Not. Could not. Not so the service sphere of the "normal person". There is no banal respect for its visitors, who do not want anything extraordinary - but they just want to come at lunchtime and eat calmly, and not to prove something again to the waiters or administrators and do not listen to their stereotyped "I heard you", but just calmly eat normally for my own money.
