Dear Rosselkhozbank, optimize the work with clients. All banks already use the application on the phone. Fast and convenient. In your own bank to pay a mortgage, you have to stand in line for an hour at least (I do not exaggerate). A very long time. The application is, but absolutely useless.

Before NG, my husband and I went and applied for a mortgage, all the documents were provided. And silence .... A month later they called and asked for some more information ... they brought ... And again silence. Almost 2 months have passed, no results. Maybe someone knows how long the bank is considering the application ??? We are waiting, we hope!

Awful bank. They create more problems and the results and solution are terrible. My opinion is for theirs and many other banks, so that they wouldn’t turn out not to contact. And only thanks to people they can’t have a cent.
