Came for an examination before a possible spine surgery for a dachshund. They reassured and dissuaded from this dangerous venture and offered to continue the traditional treatment.

I liked the center. Conveniently located, clean. The doctors are kind and attentive. It was very upsetting that the doctor to whom we made an appointment was two times late for an appointment by an hour. Therefore, the inspection of the animal was very cursory. I would like a more attentive attitude, but the treatment helps and this is the main thing, I hope our cat will fully recover and then we will remember Vitaly Gennadievich only with great gratitude.

Attention! Be careful! Such doctors are called the BUTTERS. In January, the doctor Vitaly Gennadievich himself performed an operation on my cat without preliminary tests. On this day, he had operations one after another. To my question, is it possible without tests, he said they are not needed. The cat had cancer and needed an operation. He made it in half an hour to have time to spend others. The cat was brought in immediately and injected with adrenaline so that she quickly woke up. I can only imagine the pain she felt. Usually, after anesthesia, the animal, like people, must slowly wake up, then they are kept under observation for three days and injected with painkillers. The cat escaped from the carrier, did not recognize me, and began to rush at the doctors from the painful shock. I asked for pain relievers, but he said cats don't feel like humans do. I wish him personally to experience that pain one day. She calmed down by nightfall, but as the doctors explained to me the next day in another veterinary office, this is a sign that she is in great pain. Painkillers are not sold because they are drugs. Then I called VG, the day after his operation, and he replied that he did not remember me or my cat, that he had no records! The stitches were made with such coarse threads, not surgical, that later they had to be cut along with the skin without anesthesia! If the thread is decaying, even though he says the opposite. As one, doctors from other clinics have heard such stories about him more than once and then saved the animals. Be careful with this clinic. Read reviews. Do operations only where there is a hospital !!! If you are told that they will give the animal home immediately after the operation, run away from there. My cat died on March 8, I still cannot stop crying, her suffering does not give me peace, because I chose this doctor
