I really do not recommend this clinic to you. My cat fell ill and began to write in blood. I waited for the opening of the clinic to get a urine test first. At ten, the clinic had not yet opened, was barely knocking, there was no doctor. The urine was taken, the check and receipts were not issued. They said the data will be sent in the evening to Watsapp. On this day I did not wait for the data, began to call the next day. They said they would call the doctor and she would send. Two hours passed, nothing was sent. I went there in person, everyone is busy with the operation. They said wait, we have no time or they will send you the phone number, they have an urgent operation. As if it’s not urgent for me, the cat has been peeing with blood for two days, and I don’t even know what’s there. After much clarification, finally one came out of the operating room and decided to give it to me. I said that if I knew that they were so, I would not have turned to them, to which I was told that I should not have turned. I said that it was necessary then and not to take urine, since they have so little time and it doesn't matter what the cat has. The indifferent attitude: "I have no time to check the mail with the result of your analysis every time, I have no time to send it to you and so on." And when she looked at the results, she was horrified by what she saw. As if I just gave them the analysis for free, and now I distract them from important matters. And the same urine test for Krasnokazach is done for 205 rubles, and not for 400, as here and moreover immediately, you can also get a doctor's consultation immediately. It is a pity that I found out later. I turned to this clinic because of its proximity to the house, but never go there again! And I do not advise anyone!
