Hello. I want to leave a bad review about the work of the travel agency Anex tour on Tereshkova. We rested from this travel agency a second time. In September 2019, I went with my husband and 10 year old son to vacation in Vietnam. The tour began to look for 2 months, I called Natalya Rundina (Aneks tour employee, that year she made out trips to Turkey) with a request to accept the application for me, for which she heard that she does not accept applications because she can’t look every day and she has a weekend, look on the site for yourself ... So I had to find a hotel on my own (by the way, I found a super-duper hotel, thanks to which our vacation "went off with a bang," waiting for a suggestion burning on it). I went to Anex tour with my choice, where an employee of Lira Khandazhapova booked it for me for a day. For tomorrow I paid for the ticket to Anastasia Mogulyan. I began to wait for confirmation for two days, no one called me, I had to call to find out information for confirmation myself (maybe at that time there was a rush, there was an influx of tourists?) I also took the finished documents from Anastasia, who did not bother to put copies of international passports (we had an insured event, I had to rush around the hotel to copy passports), I didn’t warn that check-in for the flight starts in 24 hours to select seats on the plane (although other travel agencies register their clients for the flight). Upon checking into the hotel we were given a room with ONE (!!!!) bed !!! We were shocked !!!! Why did you get a ticket to Anex tour ???? My son is a 10 year old small under 70kg, and we are not small. How can there be one bed ?? !!!! The mood was spoiled ((((They offered at the reception a room with 2 beds for an extra charge. Tears of resentment turn into my eyes .. Who is to blame ?! "Lovely" girls from Anex tour Lyra and Anastasia ... Lira Khandazhapova went on our flight, flew out together, met her at Kamran airport, asked why she had issued trips to us for 3 with ONE bed. She didn’t even apologize, but she did not care. Upon arrival home I called the Anex tour, where Natalya Rundina picked up the phone, complained to her about all her troubles because of their fault, but .... I still did not wait for an apology from the employees of Lirochka and Nastenka .... They didn’t have to make me a selection of hotels, only competently draw up documents ... So for your money (and not small ones) the "lovely" girls from Aneks tour on Tereshkova can spoil the rest and mood. The choice, dear tourists, is yours, because any of you could find yourself with such a service of "lovely" ladies!) Excellent girls, work fine. All the hotels watched themselves and show them on their own video. Two times they took a tour and were satisfied. I recommend !!!
