For 20 years I went to this laboratory for lenses, over the past year the quality of the lenses has greatly decreased. If you express any claims, then you listen to outright rudeness and ridicule from the head of N.T. Zolotukhina. She said that they do not need us much, because They already have a lot of clients and it's useless to complain, because they (as soon as you left after trying on the lenses) are not responsible. The organization is private.
