There are no complaints about the dental treatment process and the result. So far, only professional doctors have come across. But with cashiers / managers you have a clear mess. The desire to return there was gone. It would be about free mountains. hospital - ok, you can understand. But this is a paid clinic with insane prices and service from the USSR.

The friendliness and politeness of the administrator calmed me down a little, and already more cheerful I went to the surgical department, where after waiting 15 minutes I went into the office. There I was met by a polite and friendly dentist-surgeon Sokolov Ilya Andreevich with an assistant, then everything went quickly (not counting the pain relief, but this is my phobia). After leaving the clinic, I was very pleased with the attitude of all the staff. And special thanks to Ilya Andreevich for his attentiveness. No complaints. The tooth healed, or rather the wound quickly, and I think that a good impression of the clinic remained for a long time. I have been living in the city for only a year for the first time I turned to your clinic and I liked everything very much. Thank you very much.

I really do not recommend this clinic to you for the reasons: 1. Disgusting attitude of staff and doctors towards you as a client. Disrespect, avoiding answers, hiding the cost, rudeness and indifference. 2. Absolute unprofessionalism of doctors in the field of dentistry. 3. Fabulous prices despite the low quality of services provided. For 3 visits to this institution (I was on Kaluzhskaya), there was just such a feeling. I visited a surgeon by the name of Brikach all 3 times. If you have a toothache and you need to treat them, not spoil them, then have mercy on yourself and your nerves, find another institution than this office.

I never thought that at 32 years old I would start to be afraid of dentists. And all thanks to the "wonderful" doctor Anna Valerievna Dvoenko. I came to the clinic with a slight caries on the side of the tooth. By the way, the first impression of the doctor was good. Until she got into my mouth. Looked, said deep caries, and the next tooth is the same. The clairvoyant apparently ... Started to work. After some time she gave me a mirror and then I was just taken aback, 2 huge cavities, only the walls of the tooth remained. But it was impossible to show this deepest caries, before picking everything up !!! I did everything in a terrible haste, I was choking on the water, the assistant poked me with a saliva ejector in the tonsils and all this happened to the chanson coming from the assistant's phone. In total, I gave about 12,000 for 2 teeth. And all would be fine, But on the same day, the tooth began to ache, with pain I passed for several days and went to find out the cause of the pain again to Dvoenko. This is where hell began. And the worst thing was that they put me on anesthesia, which simply did not take, there was such a terrible pain when cleaning the canals that I almost fainted and they poured valerian solders right in the chair. Tears flowed from helplessness and fear ... Now I never kick in the centrodent, and I will never advise anyone. I remember all this as a bad dream.
