My summed up is that the car rental office is just collecting statistics for the STATISTICS, the site says that they have the right to refuse, which they do, and it does not matter to them to rent a car and get money for it.

This company has no idea what service is. We rented cars in February 2016 in Sochi, Resort Ave 108/6, we quickly executed the contract, the car was good, and the price was reasonable. But, when we arrived to deliver the car within the deadlines set by the lease agreement, the office was closed, although the contract indicates the location of the end of the lease in Resort Avenue in Sochi. when we called the company by phone, we were asked to come to the office in Adler to rent a car !! We naturally refused, and we had to wait more than an hour on the street in cold windy weather, since the office is in a residential building and has no room except the office itself, and the car must be handed over before washing, until a representative arrives in Sochi and receives a car . Shame shorter! I do not advise the company. Service is completely absent.
