Moskal'yan V Sochi

Кальяны отличные, хорошее качество, долго курятся. Ресторан sky&wine дороговат даже по московским ценам. За порцию роллов 900р. -это сильно. Но еда отличная, рекомендую тар-тар, он идеален, ещё десерты огонь, разные чаи, алкогольные коктейли тоже качественные. Единственное - долгое обслуживание, даже при пустом зале. Были за неделю раза 4, в итоге постоянно ждём.

It's sad somehow .. expectations were not met. Hookah is terrible, C grade. The cuisine is delicious. Cozy, thoughtful interior. Stylish. The view from the window to the houses, in the distance you can see the sea.

On October 9, 2020, my wife and I visited this vaunted establishment. The situation is this: they ordered rolls and chicken soup, the dish was served very quickly, in clean dishes, all the elementary rules of aesthetics were observed, but in the dish (soup) I immediately found a foreign object (long black hair), invited the waiter, the waiter was convinced of the embarrassment, I was asked to redo the dish, but I refused, within 40 minutes no attempts were made to brighten this negative situation, no one even apologized. Customer focus of the staff, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired. Pros: Super cool hookah!

We have been clients of the Moskalyanny chain for a long time, we have been in different points and different cities, but this is the worst option. Firstly, it was already surprising that the promotions and offers of the network are not respected: the official application says that you can bring your own alcohol (without restrictions on cities). Plus, you can usually order food delivery from any restaurant to Moskalyany. This is not here, and this is not warned about it anywhere. Guys, you are a network, why don't general rules apply to you? Well, this is explained by the point "second": Moskalyannaya is located in the same room as the restaurant. And in order to do trade with them, you cannot bring anything with you. Do you want tea, wine, pizza? Order here. And the catch is that the prices are horse. We have a normal income, we came on vacation from St. Petersburg, before that we lived in Moscow. And even for us, these prices were inadequate. There is no bottle of wine less than 3000 rubles. Common earlgray tea is somewhere around 400-600. Somehow they didn't even look at the food. And I understand that no one forces you to order, but you smoke a hookah, you want to wet your throat - this is normal. But it is not the norm to impose such prices.
