They arrived on June 30, 2020 to buy a crib and a stroller, the stroller was defective, the wheel was broken, the “consultant” did not immediately say this, assuring that they were simply getting rid of the goods. After he began to spin the wheel, and until I asked if it was broken, he was silent! He answered reluctantly to the questions posed, probably, we distracted him from personal affairs at work ... When the turn came to the beds, he simply said that we would go around and see for ourselves. And he went to talk violently about some films with another consultant. Dear store management, it is advisable for you to begin actively conducting the selection of personnel who will work efficiently, and not "sharpen the marks" and "hammer" on potential buyers. I was extremely disappointed in this store on the street. North, I will not recommend it to anyone and I will never come there to buy children's goods.
