Couldn't book a room for about 2 hours. The administrator often did not approach the phone. The room we rented for 2000 rubles / day. do not show on the hotel website. The furniture is old, shabby, the refrigerator is old painted and made strange loud clicks. Taking a shower, the floor is flooded with water. No foot mat, but mold and cockroaches. View from the window to the laundry. By the way, washing clothes costs 100 rubles. You can iron things yourself on a curved board. Iron 1 to 2 floors. So if you did not find an iron on the ironing board, you should know it is on the next floor. Sleeping place. Double bed. The pillows are hard. There are no warm blankets. The mattress seems to be soft, but the whole body aches from it. The slightest movement of a neighbor and you not only feel it, but jump. ... Of the pros: + Split, TV, Wi-Fi + Good location (close to the sea, cafe, market) + Own dining room on the 1st floor (deliciously inexpensive) + Housekeeping on request

In general, everything is bearable, but far from optimal in terms of price / quality ratio. The only plus is the relative proximity to the sea. If you are not too lazy to walk an extra 5 minutes to the sea, then you can rent an ordinary apartment instead of the old room in the hotel, here they are for every taste, budget and company. The apartment has all the amenities, there is nothing in the hotel room - beds, a bedside table and a wardrobe. In short, I was convinced once again that if you go to the hotel, then on the road and in all inclusive, in such as this there is simply no point in going. (By the way, the dining room in the hotel is bad, there are a lot of places nearby where it is much tastier and for almost the same price). By the way, when you move in, I advise you to immediately get acquainted with all the cockroaches that will be in your bathroom. If you are on a budget trip, this hotel is far from the best you can find.

I really liked this hotel! Polite owners, own dining room, inexpensive dishes, homelike atmosphere. Very close to the sea, near cafes and pharmacies, a park, a store "Magnet". All the amenities in the room, hot water without problems, TV set, air conditioning .. We recommend this hotel, who wants to relax in a quiet, cozy Host!

Rested a large family, we had two rooms. I liked just everything !!! The location is super, everything is close: the sea, the park, the market, the bus stop, the station, and at the same time silence at night))) The rooms are cleaned, the dining room is very tasty, and the veranda is the coolest place !!! Once every two weeks there is an evening of meetings, where they give delicious kebabs, vegetables and homemade wine / juice. Absolutely free, just to introduce other guests and present places a cafe-dining room. Do not wait for a big variety, but everything there is tasty and affordable. Breakfast for three can cost 200 rubles.
