In general, it seems that all the positive reviews here are written by the company itself. We rented a car on October 6, 2020. To begin with, we wanted to rent another car, but they froze us for a month, then they didn’t answer, then they promised something and again didn’t answer, the attitude was not giving a damn. Then it turned out to be busy. Okay. We decided to take the car that is available. We agreed on a time, came and met, signed an agreement, paid the rent for a day and gave the money for bail (35,000 rubles). Manager Eugene explained the rental restrictions, and specifically, do not exceed the speed of more than 120 km / h, do not drift and do not drive beyond a certain village. - OK. We drove to the resort Krasnaya Polyana 960 at a restaurant, drove around the city of Sochi, parked the car for the night and went to bed. In the morning Eugene calls us and announces that the car is blocked, that we will not be able to leave on it. The reason for blocking is allegedly extreme car driving. And that we are the first to have such terrible clients. We are sent a bunch of notification messages where we allegedly violated some established turnover limits (which we were not told at all at the beginning of the lease) that we were drifting through the mountains! (BUT! This is already complete nonsense) that we pressed the gas to the floor from the place (the same nonsense) and that the deposit for the car will not be returned to us. Naturally, we did not violate anything of the kind, we observed all the restrictions, and when they stupidly make fools out of you, so as not to return your money to you, it starts to strain you, to put it mildly. After an hour-long dispute that we had not violated anything, Evgeny said that he would check some information on the sensors that we were drifting. Eugene said that it does not last quickly, it takes several hours and everything will be decided by the evening. We spent all day waiting for a call, but no one called. We decided to call ourselves, but of course no one answered us. The next day we call Eugene - still does not answer. Time 12.30. We could safely assume that the money would not be returned to us. Employees of this "wonderful" company will NOT give up free money that can be taken from people, simply for fictitious accusations and divided among themselves, especially since they did not give us a copy of the contract (DEMAND your copy IMMEDIATELY), did not issue any checks (REQUEST A CHECK IMMEDIATELY , the company works illegally, Evgeny told us that there was no check), they just took the money into his pocket. Moreover, we have Belarusian passports and a limited number of days of stay on vacation. Out of despair, we turned to a lawyer in Adler, but he only confirmed our fears that we were just “easy targets” for scammers. We spent 2 weeks solving the problem. But to no avail. Just know. Here you will be stupidly divorced for money. Among this heap of superpositive reviews, there are a couple that are very similar to our situation. Coincidence? -NO. Did this situation ruin our vacation? YES YES and YES. There has never been so much negativity in my life. We rented cars in Europe many times, but there was no such attitude to customers anywhere. We're shocked! Think a hundred times before taking a car here. You will be divorced for money and you will remain guilty! Plus spoiled rest and wasted time.
