Tore off 250r. supposedly for an incomplete tank when handing over a car, although they refueled to the eyeballs 500m to the point of delivery. This is despite the fact that: 1) the receiver did not have any complaints upon delivery. 2) Initially, when issuing a car, the tank was incomplete (minus one division). The car was returned 18 hours ahead of schedule, but for them this is not a reason to return at least half the daily rate, but 250 rubles. to tear off the client is a must. And finally, to return the deposit 8500r. safely forgotten, returned only after a week, had to call and remind about it. Draw your own conclusions.
