I rented a car for a trip along the Black Sea coast. It so happened that I was looking for a car at the last moment, so in local, cheaper rentals, either there were no cars left, or expensive options remained, or the conditions did not suit me (they limited the exit territory). Pros of Rentmotors: a counter in the airport arrival hall, registration - half an hour, you can pay with a debit card, not a credit card, a large fleet of vehicles, a car in excellent condition (Solaris), clean, perfect interior, gasoline - full to full. I drove it from Sochi to Gelendzhik and back. The car has been tested both by high-speed tracks and serpentines: it obeys perfectly, no extraneous knocks and engine noises, good wheels. Documents were issued with the car. The car park is located at the airport. On delivery, together with an employee of Rentmotors, we examined the car for external damages, documented them, I took a photo and video (employee - only a photo). Acceptance of the car took 5 minutes: inspection and signing of documents. Nothing was required to check on photos and videos, no comments. Plus, there is no cleaning fee. Cons: expensive when compared to local rentals. Airport tax is paid separately - 1000 rubles. If it's important for someone, there is a daily mileage limit (250 km / day). A large enough deposit is 10,000 rubles. the money was blocked on my debit card, unblocked by the bank after 18 days (an employee of Rentmotors said that they return the money immediately, and then everything depends on the bank). As the wishes of the company: along with the documents, you can issue a small memo on the return: for how much and where to call, how to enter the airport. Of course, they talk about it orally when the car is handed over, but it is forgotten in a few days. And so - very worthy, special thanks to the employee at the Adler airport for efficiency and courtesy!

Rented a Hyundai from 10 to 16 October. Everything is convenient, but a little unusual that at the exit to the hall we were met by an employee of the company with a sign with his full name. Be prepared for this, otherwise I went looking for the counter until I noticed that they were waiting for me with a sign)) But maybe this is due to quarantine. The cars are new and clean, no complaints. Return with a full tank, there are gas stations near the airport. 10 tr is blocked on the card. in case of possible fines, then they are returned if everything is OK. Therefore, it is better to use a credit card so that real money is not frozen. The car was unusually low for me and I managed to touch the curb with the lower part of the bumper - there were minor scratches on it from the side of the asphalt (below the "waterline"). It's nice that they did not charge me a fine for this, although it would seem that this is the first case in the rental offices. But here the attitude is human, they gave up and said that let it be, they did not take the money. In short, I recommend, they turned out to be good guys.
