The only rental agency in Sochi, in which they promptly provided a car with a normal contract where the liability is covered by CASCO and a franchise (even when traveling to Abkhazia). About Abkhazia, it is worth mentioning separately that almost all rental companies prohibit leaving for this republic, and those who allow them take an additional fee from 2000 to 4000 rubles. In our case, the cost of a trip to Abkhazia cost 4000 + 2700 = 6700. Many offices will strip off three skins in the event of an insured event, since neither CASCO nor OSAGO work in Abkhazia, and cases of car theft and getting into an accident are very common there. Here, the maximum risk is a franchise of 40,000 or 5,000 (or so) full coverage, which is very convenient. It is beautiful in Abkhazia, but at every major intersection of the traffic police and the saddest thing is the way the Abkhazians drive, they will shamelessly cut you off, overtake you in an opposite lane through a continuous one and run into a showdown. I always use the services of a rental car and through them I got a car from the beta. After a couple of months I took it directly. Everything is as usual on top. From issuance, exploitation and, most importantly, return. In Sochi we lived in 4 different places and in the last hotel they didn’t need a car, and a girl called us and said that the car could be picked up from the hotel parking lot and there was no need to go anywhere.
