Do not make my mistakes and do not buy anything in this store! The unprofessionalism of the staff surprised: they sold an expensive spare part, but they made a mistake and it did not fit the boiler. Refused to change. I stood in the store for 3 hours and 15 minutes, admitted my mistake, changed it to another. In order not to get another 13 thousand, we called the foremen of their service department. He did not immediately install the spare part, he said that it was married. I fiddled for a long time and yet it worked. He took 3 thousand, refused to write out any documents. The boiler broke down again tomorrow. They called Gorgaz, it turned out that the spare part was defective. Bottom line: minus 16 thousand and a non-working boiler!
