Disappointed ... Feeling of service for grandmothers. I came to make custom insoles for cycling. I brought with me cycling shoes in which insoles are needed, explained how they will be used. But the consultant did not want to listen, he did not intend to select insoles for shoes. I took women's insoles, the shape and size of which are not suitable for this pair. The molding was also done somehow by hand at random. I guessed the left leg, the right - no. I cannot use these insoles for their intended purpose. Sorry for the money and time spent trying to fit them into cycling shoes. They say the second specialist is more understanding and makes the insoles better, but I was not lucky.

As a rule, casting is carried out to select the best, but upon entering this office one gets the impression that the owners were casting to select such sellers and such consultants so that another time a former potential client would bypass this institution a kilometer away. Have you ever identified, how would it be more appropriate to say, mmm ... well, in general, a waste product after the rain, if yes, then they look at the client like that, although, in fairness, it should be said that they themselves look exactly like that. After voicing the problem, they bulge their eyes and begin to mutter something, and this, as you know, is the behavior of those who themselves are not boom-boom or crow, and try to make the client look like that, a little that way ... Extremely unfriendly, unfriendly and unpleasant. It is not difficult to assume that because of the same ... not a few clients and, accordingly, the money went to the cash offices of other similar enterprises.

Once again buying here, I am convinced how unpleasant the sellers are, some all the time dissatisfied and angry! The last time I even made a remark. It's just unpleasant to go to the store. Where is the management looking ??
