I signed up for a consultation. On the dentistry website it says "free consultation", on the phone the administrator said nothing about payment. While I was sitting in line, the administrator did not say anything about payment at all, not a hint, okay, I think it's free, since the site says and no one says anything. The consultation took about 5 minutes, where the doctor sent me to the diagnostic center for a picture. At the end of the consultation, the administrator says: "consultation 500 rubles." They say, this is a private clinic, and we live in the 21st century, where services cannot be free, and the information on the website is outdated (this is in the 21st century, information cannot be updated), and we are not going to tell everyone about the prices of services, this is so it is clear that everything is paid. But! Dear employees (and in particular administrators) of this clinic, always, always tell the client the price, whatever it may be. It's not about money, it's about the attitude towards your customers. When I asked why it was not said about it, they showed me the door. A spit in the face, a spit on the reputation of your clinic. The administrator is a girl who worked on July 29, not competent in her job. I demand an apology for this attitude.
