The place is very small. The guide has learned the speech by heart and speaks very fast, which doesn't give time to think the facts over. There are many visitors and the guide switches to another group so fast that I didn't have a chance to ask questions. The museum is basically one room, looks like a souvenir store. Wouldn't say that there is anything special. Of you are short of time, spend extra minutes by water enjoying the view.

Small museum. Various products of prison life are presented: paintings, cards, sharpening beads, rosary, backgammon, crafts made of wood, bread, moonshine, and other products. A fully furnished prison cell is presented (a copy of a real cell of one of the pre-trial detention centers), with wax figures of prisoners (the figures were sculpted from real prisoners). The museum occupies only 2 small rooms, one of which is a "real cell" with full-length mock-ups of convicts. The second room with "prison crafts" in 5 showcases and paintings on 4 stands. The ticket costs 150 rubles. But for filming and filming, they charge an additional fee of 50 and 80 rubles. respectively. I believe that 150 rubles. - this is already an overpriced price for such a museum and it would be enough both for visiting the museum and for shooting, because especially there is nothing to photograph.
