After paying for the goods, I had to wait in line for about 45 minutes. Moreover, for all questions to the employees, they went to work. When gluing the protective glass to the phone, the employee left it on his desk and went into the hall without giving the purchased goods, when asked by another employee where my phone was, he simply gave it to me without asking about the presence of a check (i.e., any person could pick up my product, if not for my care).

They sold a defective smart watch, with a dent on the case, they said the review for the return is not earlier than 2 weeks, they said they will call, they do not call, they do not write the result, they do not inform until they had to come to the store. As a result, they gave it back, saying "are you all in order". They did not give a document to return the watch and again, no SMS or call ... The negligent attitude of employees towards customers. The feeling that the watch was not even checked. The question arises, what are mvideo workers paid for? In that case, don't work there at all. The buyer is obliged to return the product in case of a defect. And it turns out deception! Shame👎
