Memorial complex dedicated to Myshkinites who died during the Great Patriotic War. The memorial complex dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War was built in Myshkin in 2005 at the initiative of the head of the Myshkinsky district A.G. Curicina. The authors of the projects are the architect O.S. Medvedev and the sculptor S.O. Skala (from Moscow). “7,623 people went to the front from the Myshkinsky region, of which 4,654 people died, died of wounds, and went missing.” The military complex turned out to be very touching, humane, without pathos.

Very good museum. There are 3 halls, 1941 class, a soldier’s trainer and the office of the collective farm chairman. And as a bonus, there is a museum of the Soviet police.
