В Подкове покупала ковровое покрытие недели две назад. Мнение сложилось двоякое. С одной стороны хороший выбор ковров, дорожек, паласов и всего подобного. Раскроили все по размерам, очень аккуратно и качественно обработали края. Все замечательно. Но само отношение продавцов к покупателям - это что-то непонятное. Разговаривают как будто одолжение тебе делают, на лицах явное недовольство, что их побеспокоили, и даже пренебрежение. Покупкой я очень довольна, но отношение к клиентам оставляет делать лучшего.

Huge respect and gratitude to the online store and especially to the manager Elizabeth. At my own peril and risk, I made an order on the site, Elizabeth immediately contacted me via WhatsApp, answered all the questions in a simple human manner (I hate trained "robots"). She answered all messages instantly. I paid the bill on November 10, on the 12th, the order was collected and transferred to the transport company. On November 23, everything was safe and sound at my house. For a moment I live in Siberia, and the store is in Sochi. And she ordered fragile dishes. I was very worried that I would be beaten by the road. But ..... The packaging is of excellent quality, there was no chance of being damaged. Thank you very much! It's so nice that in our Russia they know how to work quickly and efficiently! Good luck, guys! !!

The staff does not care about you, textiles, wallpaper, chandeliers, carpets, nobody! Or they pass by or sit and drive teas and yell obscenely like in the market. For the sake of decency, at least they greeted the buyers. I wanted to buy curtains, wallpaper, laminate (even though a consultant came up when asked to describe a certain product), a chandelier, but left in a not very good mood, apparently all the sellers are on a salary and are not interested in sales.

All is well, there is a little no systematics for accounting for residuals - some positions sag at the peak of demand. But special thanks to Elizaveta, the manager of the online store, for the service from selection and moving through warehouses to instructions for receiving.
