Moreover, the bank’s application shows that they have only one terminal for the whole city - to the branch on Tekucheva, and Google shows that there is also a terminal on Yeremenko. Total - two ATMs per million city! And they do not always work I will repay the loan and I will never use the services of this bank again in my life

Cheaters !!! I would strongly advise against contacting Rusfinas Bank. I took a phone loan from this bank, I pay stably and on time. And then a specialist calls me and says that an application for up to 50,000 rubles has been approved for me. I contacted a bank branch in Rostov-on-Don, st. Tekuchev 348. I wanted to take 25,000 rubles. First, the specialist of this bank "Ekaterina" even without filling out the application said that my passport is not valid. I read the passport is valid according to all the norms of the law. I called the hotline, after which I returned and left a request and I received a refusal. Sorry, the loan application has been denied !!! Again, the hotline, they told me that the bank has the right to refuse without explaining the reasons. And they refused to help me in this matter. While I was filling out an application (from another specialist), a man looked into the room and simply asked how to get out of the building: The specialist, the same "Ekaterina", answered in an extremely negative tone: Can't you see that I'm busy, almost breaking into a cry. Well, to be honest, I saw such an attitude towards people only in the bazaar, where there are no regulations in communication and everyone behaves as he wants !!! In general, the bank is full Bottom !! Regulations are not respected, customers are deceived and abused. This incident took place on 05/21/2018. Please consider before contacting this bank !!!!

Disgusting bank !!! 3 terminals for the whole city! The one closest to me never works! Service center numbers are not written! Checks are not issued! The staff is disgusting !! They know nothing! I really regret that I took the installments in this g * out !! God forbid to contact him again !! I hope that this branch will soon close in our city !!!
