Hello, I have been doing CrossFit SAMSON for a year now and am very pleased to this day. When you enter the hall, you are greeted by friendly staff who will be happy to help me. Then you get the key to the locker room where there is a shower and air conditioning. And then the fun begins. First you must warm up well, then proceed to the main training. The trainer controls me and exercises me when I do the exercise incorrectly. Then comes the drawdown. All workouts are pretty fun with the music and the friendly atmosphere. I advise everyone!
