I contacted Salonchik Ya in early February 2018. To say that I was unhappy with the visit is to say nothing. Calling in advance and specifying the cost of services for dyeing hair of medium length, I signed up for highlighting and toning to the master Elena. Once in the salon and talked to the master, we decided to do root highlighting, because on most of the head, it was not required, the hair was sufficiently bleached. When, after 2 hours of being in the chair, they continued to apply the highlighting agent to me, I wondered why it took so long and why so often to dye the strands, the master said that everything is fine, do not worry (as it turned out later, this was intended). The master applied the composition to the top of the head, and from the back of the head she began to wash the product with a disposable cloth-towel (for the first time in 12 years, during which I was highlighted in other cities and countries, I saw a similar method). In total, the highlighting process (without washing and drying the head) took 3 hours. Naturally, the hair was burnt, because the composition should not be on the hair for more than 40 minutes. This was followed by toning, which, together with drying, took another 2.5 hours. The tone was normal, but nothing out of the ordinary. But the main surprise was waiting for me at the reception. The owner of the salon Galina announced the amount for highlighting and toning, which was 3 times higher than the agreed amount over the phone - a total of 12,800 rubles (!!!). It turns out that I myself had to control the number of spoons of paint (!) I was told the amount of 1,500 rubles per spoon, and it took me as much as 5 just to highlight. I have a question, and who asked to use 5 spoons of paint ?! I asked for root highlighting, not coloring with a highlighting agent for every millimeter of hair! For 3 years of life in Adler, this is the most cosmic amount for coloring. On average in the city, it is 4 thousand rubles. I have a question - do you even understand what you are doing? Or do you have such tactics of making money dishonestly? Moreover, the salon will not be damaged by the check of Rospotrebnadzor. The toilet located outside, to which you have to walk down the street with a wet head, is in a terrible state. Disgusting smell and dirt. In the salon itself, the atmosphere is like in a cheap dining room - plastic furniture, dirty floors and mirrors, disposable rags instead of towels, a dirty sink. They also heard little about customer focus and loyalty - for all the time the master uttered only a few phrases, answering my questions. She just dyed her hair. With this attitude, you can paint a fence, why work with people, if with your whole appearance you show how you do not love them. In general, I, of course, will never go to this salon again. And I recommend to all my friends to stay away from him. You don't want to feel cheated anymore.
