Very terrible separation. It was a lot of bad experience. In general, there are no complaints to the bank itself, namely to this branch. Non-qualified specialists work. They do not know the answer to the questions asked, up to the head of the branch of the bank. Attitude towards customers is negligent. I was in the offices of this bank in Moscow, everything was "on top" there. My questions were solved in a matter of minutes. Very helpful and qualified staff. I ask the bank's management to pay attention to the Arkhangelsk branch and take measures. Employees in this area cannot behave negligently in relation to customers.

Changed the bank a year ago. During this time, I have never had to go to the department for some strange reasons invented by the bank. There were no questions regarding payments, transfers, fund balances, etc. Satisfied with the transition to Gazprombank, I recommend.
