The clinic is good, renovated. On our 23rd site, doctor Anna Pavlovna is responsive, kind, always finds a common language with the child, educated! But, doctors of narrow specialties - this is something with something. I am sitting opposite the reception desk, to my left is an infectious disease doctor's office, the last patient leaves the reception, the office is free, there is no queue. After 3 minutes, the doctor comes out, comes to the registration window and says, I don’t take 15 minutes. Time 10:39 - the appointment lasts until 12:00. The doctor enters the office and locks the door with a key. That's it, the end of the story. To say that I was surprised is to say nothing. Therefore, I want to convey a message - “Dear doctors, I understand how hard it is for you, but it is simply impossible to treat your profession so negligently. You have chosen a job for yourself, change it if you don't like it. It is never too late to become what you want, and a more responsible person will come to your place, and most importantly, he will love his profession. "

I am not one of those people who write reviews and for the first time I decided to leave him. I was put on a planned operation, laporoscopy on 09/22/2020 in the gynecology department. I want to thank all the staff for their complete care, friendliness and humanity. I was operated on, Dmitry Petrovich Malykhin, a doctor with a capital letter, a professional and just a good person. All wards are clean, the food is tasty, absolute comfort and tranquility. Thank you very much!

The staff of the admission department and directly the traumatologist Yu. G. Sargsyan made a very good impression. Handled with a knee injury on Saturday. No queues. No bureaucratic red tape.
