Cosy middle size fitness club in the central part of Sochi. There are lots of different fitness programs, dance, stretching, gymtraining, step, pirates, yoga, functional training. There is also swimming pool with one jacuzzi and spa zone. For kids ther are swimming and fighting schools. Nice place to train and relax.даже

Everything is good, but the space is cramped and I can close my eyes to this, the simulators are good, clean, everything you need is there. Now about the cons, many girls at the reception would not hurt to be at least a little friendly, I am not saying to smile at everyone all the time and I am not asking me to smile, but although you hide your displeasure from your face and don’t give the card back, so it’s clear, like, go from here already my eyes would not see you without saying goodbye, although this is customary in civilized places! The same applies to one coach, the situation was like this / the club closes at 23.00 and at 22.30 I was alone in the gym, but this is not a reason to turn off the light in other sections and every 5 minutes to look out for me and look at the clock, thereby giving understand what he wants to go home. The service is not very good, and people do it, I hope this will change, but the club is good, but there are some unpleasant moments. Customer focus is the key to success, and let some employees leave their dissatisfaction at home!

The club is located in a convenient location in the city center. There are permanent discounts for both new and existing members of the club. Subscriber prices are quite affordable! In 2019, I took a subscription for 9 months, with the possibility of freezing for 3 months (freezing - from 5 days, this is convenient if you need to leave) for 33,000 rubles. At the end of December, I received a personal offer - a subscription for 12 months (without freezing) + 3 months as a gift, for only 27,000 rubles. This year, due to the pandemic, the club network was closed for 3 months, so my subscription expires at the end of July 2021. There is a fresh water pool (4 lanes of 25 meters each), a jacuzzi, and a small hamam (everything is included in the price of the subscriber ). You shouldn't believe the talk that the water here smells strongly of bleach. Bleach should be within the normal range, and its smell is barely perceptible (I have a very sensitive sense of smell). Also in the building there is (for a fee) a bath of 3 types. I myself was not personally, there were colleagues, I liked everything. The coaches here are always friendly and hardworking, most of them train there themselves. One of the instructors is always on duty in the fitness room, eagerly explaining the subtleties of any exercises, helping the ladies put pancakes on the simulators.
