By far the best looking gym I’ve been to! A whole lot of cool different machines to workout with, a nice spacious area, and a variety of other amenities including training classes. It even has a balcony, a nice view, and very pleasant staff. Way beyond the expected requirements for a five star gym! Gorgeous! Good job!

For several years I had a chance to study in clubs in different cities and at different prices. I have never met anything like it. After moving to Sochi, I was looking for a suitable club and my coach for several months. My emphasis is on competent individual workouts in the gym, to which I am quite demanding. The search was a complete disappointment ... But now I'm even happy about it, because 1.5 months ago, in the process of that very search, I turned to the "Residence". By telephone conversation with the manager Marina, it became clear that the dialogue with me is a professional. Marina, based on my wishes, immediately understood what kind of coach I needed, for which a special thank you very much to her !!! It is very convenient to get to the club. Pleases) Also, an introductory tour with the club turned out to be very hospitable and eventful ... My coach is Ilya. Best of the best for me! Hardworking, competent, well-mannered, as attentive as possible to the training process (to the tiniest nuances), while an energetically pleasant person and a good conversationalist. A coach for those who strive for results and are ready to work) Besides, Ilya is an excellent masseur! The massage is not standard. It’s not just a fun side to wrinkle, but deliberate painstaking work is underway to improve the quality of the body. Perfect combination with training! Recommend!!! In general, the atmosphere of the club is inspiring ... Crystal clarity, space design, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. And it is incredibly pleasing that with all the external gloss of "Residence" there is not a single gram of pathos! It's very cozy here) All employees are friendly and responsive: the administration, the coaching staff, hostesses, keeping an eye on the cleanliness ... It really feels like a big friendly family)))) Here both body and soul are charged! I came with the goal of choosing a club in Sochi - they gave me some coffee and gave me a tour .. it's hard to explain the feelings, but I want to practice in this club .. a fun atmosphere)))

I learned about the club by accident, having stumbled upon recommendations on instagram, I decided to go see if everything was there so beautifully and notably, as in the photo and video. I was pleasantly surprised that he was in the heart of the center of Sochi. Having entered the elevator of the atrium shopping center, she imagined anything, but what was waiting for me on the 5th floor was beyond my imagination. It turned out even cooler than in the pictures, I was immediately met by a nice girl and gave me a presentation of this wellness club. Really wellness club as it befits. A huge spa area, an abundance of halls, including many health training studios and even a ballet studio! Beautiful surroundings, staff that does not seek to sell, but really conducts a lively dialogue and eagerly talks about the club. After moving from Moscow, I was looking for a club for a long time, so that I could practice it for the benefit of my body and soul. I wanted something new, and not ordinary fitness rocking horses, which are everywhere like mushrooms after rain. I was lucky, I found such a place, and it has become my lifestyle. The only negative is that it is not always possible to park a car at rush hour, but there are a lot of paid spacious parking lots nearby, in principle, you won't get used to it after Moscow) There are even special brochures at the Reception, where and at what time it is more convenient to deliver a car. I definitely recommend, instead of a thousand words, it’s better to come in one day and see for yourself.
