Oh Arctic! Beautiful and terrible at the same time! Divine soups, a sandwich with a patty, Pomeranian balsam. The ugly drunk caballeros from neighboring yards and their harsh cocottes. Ballroom, where you still have the courage to go. Human prices and inhuman music (I write this with nostalgia for a playlist from the time of "Enthusiasts", the past incarnation of this lush). Definitely worth a visit at least once.

Tasty cooked. Friendly. Purely. First option : If you are not a party-goer, but “just eat” ... Then come in better during the day or in the evening on weekdays (on weekends it’s quite a noisy place))). Tasty food, and if you are a company - you can easily communicate with each other. The second option: If at the weekend all the night long we walked "around the restaurants" 😁, this is a very suitable place where you can "touch up" with good music, choosing here drinks and dishes that you like.
