My husband and I purchased a GLE coupe on 06/19/2020 in this salon remembering this day, emotions are still going through the roof !!! Firstly, we want to express our deep gratitude to the sales manager Vladimir Khachaturyants, a professional in his field. Thanks to his professional approach, we decided to buy a car in this salon. When choosing a car remotely while in the city of Novy Urengoy, Vladimir always told us everything in detail, showed, answered all our questions both during the day and outside working hours. I want to say this is not our first car, and I have never seen such an approach to clients as Vladimir’s! I got the impression that we are his relatives))) In the cabin, everyone was also privileged, a positive atmosphere. Yesterday I did zero maintenance here, good service. Washing and maintenance itself was performed free of charge!

Unhappy sales staff. Absolutely not owning information and at the same time give illiterate advice, not knowing the answer to them - disgrace! They called and asked about the smart car, it says we don’t, but there is definitely Malinovsky! And even called the price. We drove from the region - and there they looked at us like nuts, that they had long had no starts. Very gifted employee. Unfortunately I did not remember what they called. But check their service is not difficult. It was March 16th. At about 9 a.m. for 10 minutes.
