Awful level of customer service. The salon does not value your time at all. Employees are not obligatory, they can call back a week, you should not wait for a car from repair on time. Everything was fine until the moment of applying for the insured event under the CASCO policy. My policy allowed to apply 1 time without a certificate, which I did. I wanted the left front door and the front bumper to be painted, the girl who executed the application said that the details were close, then everything would be OK. After giving the car for inspection and after waiting for 2 hours !!!! The master said that the front wing should also be written in a statement. Well, everyone has filed, we are waiting for the result from the insurance. I receive an SMS that everything is approved (a car dealership will agree on an estimate for another week), I give the car in for repair, without receiving a single document, the master says that he will be ready in three days. After this time, they did not do it, the manager promised to give it on Tuesday morning, up to a maximum of 12 hours. Nobody dialed me on Tuesday, she called, the car is really ready. I go to pick it up and see that instead of three parts, only one was painted. It turns out the insurance refused !!!! But no one informed me, neither the manager who helped draw up the appeal to the insurance, nor the master who accepted the car. So I highly recommend not following the advice of the employees of this service center, since they do not bear any responsibility for their actions and I had the impression of their complete incompetence. When I asked why they did not inform me, they told me that they were only executors .... but they did not give me a single act on the work done ... And even more so I do not recommend taking insurance without contacting the police.

Great place without glamor. Serving Lexus here. Faster and two times cheaper than the norm hour, than in Lexus Key auto.

It was a driveway, made TO-170000, replaced the rear brake discs and pads, after 500 km I felt a vibration on the steering wheel, upon arrival to another service the front calipers (4 pcs) were jammed, the rear pads did not wring out ... in short, “hit” on replacement of front brake discs and pads, caliper repair. Conclusion: Maintenance work is not done well and whether it is done at all is not known. I will sue ... Car -LC Prado 150
