Very welcoming hosts. Sterile cleanliness. Shoes can be removed when entering a home to come barefoot. The room is large with a large bathroom (which is a bathroom and not a shower). Huge tv with satellite tv and air conditioning. Near the airport (3 minutes walk), cafes and canteens where you can eat. The noise from the road is minimal. Airplanes are sometimes heard, but not much in the way. The house itself is a little deep and the proximity of the road is not felt for all views of the garden.

Great place to spend the night in Sochi. The airport is 5 minutes walk.
