The last visit (01/20/19) spoiled the opinion about this place. First, we were greeted with the words “Can you wait half an hour? And then our people have not left yet. " Our guests began to arrive at exactly 17 o'clock, imagine how “comfortable” it was for us to stand and wait until the hall was vacated. Outerwear has nowhere to hang, you have to stand and wait with jackets in your hands, which is doubly inconvenient. As a result, we were allowed into the hall only around 17.20. They offered a free hour or a hookah as a gift to compensate for the inconvenience. Move on. For some reason, the administrator decided that we were his friends (or I don’t know what he was guided by) and talked to us in “you”, which is extremely unprofessional, in my opinion. The hall was dirty. Although the administrators tried frantically to vacuum it in front of us, they did not succeed very well. Plus there is a very dirty and sticky carpet at the table. Legs stuck! This is normal?! It's better not to talk about toilets at all 🤢 Overflowing trash cans, dirty toilets and a sticky (I don't want to think about why) floor! It's just awful, to be honest. Absolutely nobody looked after the cleanliness. And I didn't even try to do it. Farther. There were always some problems with the equipment: either they could not connect our computer, or the joystick did not work, then the sound, then something else. Each time, to turn on something, we stood and waited for the administrators to sort out the equipment. It took a long time. Further, when we paid for our time (frankly, there was a desire not to pay for such a service at all), they still tried to take money from us for the hour that was offered as a gift for the inconveniences described at the very beginning (?!?! ??? ) In short, I absolutely do not want to hold any important events for us in this place, and I do not advise others to do this if you want everything to go on at a decent level (or if you just love cleanliness). I hope the administrators will listen and correct their flaws. Good luck. After adding a review in the VK group, I ended up in the bath, and the review was deleted. A terrible place. We booked the hall on time, arrived punctually, we were not allowed 10-15 minutes citing cleaning. We waited, we were admitted into the hall, everything seems to be all right, but! The equipment is in a terrible state: microphones are terribly fading, the screen switches off periodically. About the administrator a separate topic. Not only does it appeal to you, it also finds out in a concrete sense the relationship with its visitors is not in the best of terms, or rather the vocabulary, and the administrator himself was more drunk than each of my guests. Definitely do not recommend this place to visit.

Visited the media cafe (20.01.19) We arrived 15 minutes early to prepare everything for meeting friends: check equipment, arrange treats, etc. As a result, from the scheduled time, we came with a delay of 40 minutes, because the people who were before us hall had not yet been released. And we booked it a few weeks before. Of course people would come and just wait for us to get a room. In fact, even waiting was uncomfortable, because even the outer clothing can not be removed and there is nowhere to change. Administrators initially began to behave like old friends, just talking to 'you', and disrespectfully, in my opinion. After we were honored in the hall, he was tried in parallel to clean up from past guests, but this did not save the extremely dirty hall. Toilets are a separate topic. Lord administrators or cleaners, stay clean, please, it's very dirty !!! There were constant problems with technology, the laptop does not work, the flash drive does not see, then the music does not turn on, then the video does not show, then the joystick stopped working ..... And each time, interrupting attempts to fix something, we did not rest, and ran to solve problems to the administrator, who had to wait, because they were away somewhere ... I hope that the administration of the establishment will listen to the recall and will not delete it. Because the recall of my wife, they immediately deleted, adding it to the black list. This is not done, gentlemen, you know how to listen to criticism and correct the situation.
