Very conflicting impressions. I called, the switchboard girl switched to Nansen's service. There is a friendly male voice, said that the electrician, Dmitry, but today (called on Wednesday) everything is busy, then he does not work, on Saturday at 10 am. OK. I arrive at the appointed time, a whole box of electricians. There are no questions about my recording, but they don't have Dmitry (??). Well, okay. First, I'm waiting for a manager who has to register me. He's gone. Appeared 20 minutes later, designed, invited Vitaly, described the situation. An hour has passed, Vitaly continues to repair another car. Maybe I should leave, Saturday is a lot to do. Yes, please, we will call you! There are 3 questions: Why the heck is a record if I arrived and you fix another car? Why was it impossible to immediately say that it was for a long time and there was no need to wait? The box is full of electricians who are sitting drinking tea or eating melon, why was I sent to Vitaly, who is busy? As a result, the repair took as much as 5 hours! Hopefully the problem is fixed .....

We arrived to replace the clutch, when the manager called, he said that there was no oil in the box, they explained to him that it was in the trunk under the rug, in response he said that there was nothing there, as a result, I had to buy from them, for bottling, in a regular bottle, upon arrival In the service behind the car, the oil turned out to be in the trunk, after the manager's remark, he began to be indignant that he was not obliged to climb the car in search of oil. It seems that the plan is not being implemented and they are trying to compensate for it.

I came to refuel frion and make a diagnosis of the Conder, as a result, the service screwed up the oil cover and broke the throttle, the machine was working properly and did the full diagnostics just 3 days before visiting Pikhtin. Having visited the same car service today, I found out that I need to change the engine. Even freaks will call little. They see that the girl and like that ruined my car. Now the whole case for the court there is no other option. In general, I do not recommend this service, they smile cute in the face and in the quiet do such nasty things that they have work.

Arrived at A5 in service with a check - replacement of brake pads. He asked for a diagnosis - they did, they said replacing the front pads. He asked me to choose a better one so that there would be no problems - they said take Bosch, everything will be ok. I listened to the specialists, bought it, after 20 km a screech began, a whistle in the front brakes. I came to the diagnosis, I say - and so, do the diagnosis again. They did, they said - everything is fine, but you need to change the brake discs 100 percent of them are a problem (this is with a mileage of 36 thousand in total). But I say well - let’s. Bought three days did not go. Just went on the weekend - the problem is the same, it only got worse. Arrived again. They tell me your front wheels are overheated. I say that I didn’t go almost and took the details from you and changed them right there. The answer is that we don’t know anything, we checked everything, everything is fine with you))) So maybe I’ll ask you for other blocks: Answer: no, call Bosch, there you will need to remove the details, send to Msk, in other words, just go ... .. Excellent customer focus! I wrote an appeal to the director, they will not decide, well, they will lose a dozen other customers on good cars. Although this, in my opinion, is not particularly worrying for employees))
