We traveled to many salons. Stopped here. The aim was to buy a car under the trade-in program. The car was rated high. We are happy with the new car. Polite managers advised on all issues of interest, without imposing additional equipment. Were surprised by the bargain price!

For the first time in my life, I decided to contact the indicated car dealership, if it can be called a car dealership at all, and I was particularly disappointed, I have never seen such chaos. The fact is that on March 19, 2020, I ordered a car in this office, about which an agreement was drawn up, which indicates the delivery date of the car - July 18, 2020, but the senior manager reassured and assured that the car would arrive earlier. And then the most interesting thing begins: in May the specified manager called me and said that my car was assembled at 12%, as it is not clear, the steering wheel was probably made. In June he called me again and said that they had not started assembling my car yet, it is not clear how it is, because in May it was assembled at 12%, probably my steering wheel was given to someone else. After that, the calls stopped, and to this day they are silent. And so on July 18, I arrive at the salon in the hope that my car is there waiting for me. It turned out that they were not expecting me at all, during a conversation with another manager it turned out that the car had not even been ordered. This is nonsense, for 4 months they did not even order a car, and I paid the money. Today, on October 25, there is no answer from the salon, no one calls, everyone is silent. Arriving at this office today, I decided to take the money, and then they said we had to wait. WAIT! I have been waiting since March, but they tell me I still have to wait, but it again turned out that the car has not yet been ordered. It's just tin. This is a fraud, gentlemen. I do not advise anyone to contact them because they will fray nerves. Well, I will definitely go to court.

Awesome salon. Bought a Kia Rio here. Service is excellent. Excellent job of the seller Hile. We were very satisfied.

My rio is the second car in the family from this company. Autoworld has established itself as a reliable dealer. I like that employees do not run away from problems, but try to solve them. I contacted several times, once with a difficult repair, they helped me a lot here.
